Assessment costs vary. Please see the "assessment" tab of this website for more information.

My practice uses a fee for service model, meaning clients pay each session in the form of Venmo/PayPal/Zelle, cash, or check. I do not work directly with insurance companies; however, after you have paid me, I can create a receipt that you can choose to share with your insurance company if you'd like to seek possible reimbursement.

As a result of the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) agreement form will be sent for your review following the determination of needs. This will include an estimate of the cost you will pay over the course of your clinical services, which will be based on the estimate of services needed, duration, and potential diagnoses.
